about homeless persons and why?

People don't think them self's like why new technology coming along every year so that people are so dumb to be stupid. Why people should think them self's like why homeless persons be alone out in the streets of garbage Ben's or a little home to stay in and sleep.My crazy thing is why don't we put homeless persons in houses or apartment buildings and gave them a car and some money to them to live a long time with out going to the hospital.I think people should be friends for the rest of there life.People should think them self's to smart and not to be stupid and dumb.People should think them self's to bring stuff to help homeless people so they can eat and to be healthy for the homeless people and why and comment me please
